  • 1 cup green lentil, boiled
  • 4 cup spinach
  • 1 cup meatballs
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup broth
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a separate pot, cook the lentils until tender.
  • Sauté onions and garlic with olive oil, then add tomato paste, spices, and broth to create the sauce. Let it simmer.
  • Add cooked lentils and spinach to the sauce, mixing well.
  • Then gently add meatballs to the dish and simmer until everything is heated through and well combined.
