Avocado Pudding
Avocado pudding recipe is one of favorite easy healthy desserts!
Ingredients
- 1 avocado ripe
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds.
- Garnish with fruit of choice.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
